Men's Turkey Trot (Texas Scramble) - 8:30am Shotgun Start

Competition Details

• Shotgun Start at 8:30am.
• The draw will be made on Saturday 6th December.
• Double check start sheet before play in case of any changes.
• Read the Rules and Scoring Instructions (below) before play.
• Raffle tickets on sale at reception (please bring cash).
• Entry Fee £5.00 per player (ensure you have sufficient funds in your competition account).
• Texas Scramble, drawn teams of 4 with 1 player from each handicap 'category' per team.
• At the conclusion of play there will be a presentation in the Golf Bar with prizes for the top five teams.
• Complimentary hot drink and mince pie available at the halfway hut.

Rules

• All players tee off and the team chooses which shot to play next.
• A minimum of 3 tee shots per player must be selected.
• The player whose shot was selected cannot play the next shot, including shots on the green. Exception: Teams of 3 are permitted to hit all shots after the shot has been selected, including shots on the green.
• Preferred Lies will be in place throughout the course for this competition (place the ball within 6 inches of its original position, not nearer the hole).

Scoring Instructions

1. Select Competitions > Mens Turkey Trot and allow 20 seconds for the screen to refresh.
2. Select Begin Scoring.
3. Scroll down and select Confirm & Start Scoring.
4. Move to your team's next hole and then back again (to prevent the app from freezing).
5. To submit the score, select Finish > Finalise Card > Yes > OK (allow 20 seconds for the screen to refresh).
6. The app can then be closed.
